Zorba Ioanna

She was born in Melbourne, Australia. At a young age, she moved with her family to Greece,
where she became immersed in the country’s rich history and traditions. She studied at the
Department of Visual and Applied Arts of the School of Fine Arts at Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki, in the First Studio under Professor Dimitris Zouroudis. There, she developed her
artistic practice and deepened the connection between theory and practice.
She is also a graduate of the Department of Italian Language and Literature of the Faculty of
Philosophy of the same university.
She lives and works between Serres and Thessaloniki, drawing inspiration from the
environment and everyday life of both cities to continuously evolve her artistic expression.
